If your phone number or email changes, please notify 878bd customer service. 878bd will not be held responsible for any missed OTPs or notifications sent to outdated contact details.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification is mandatory before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment account used to make the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. Larger amounts may require additional verification.

• A 15% cashback is awarded on daily net losses.

• A 1x wagering requirement applies to cashback.

Free Spins

• A 5x wagering requirement applies to winnings from free spins.
• Free spins must be used within 7 days of being awarded, or they will expire.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and all other games on 878bd:

• Minimum bet amount is ৳20.
• 878bd sets the maximum bet amount per event, and this may be subject to change.
• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be used if available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 878bd reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• All games use certified RNG, verified by an independent third party.
• If a match is cancelled, the original bet amount will be refunded.

878bd reserves the right to change odds in Sports Betting. Odds in live betting may be updated continuously.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 878bd:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device/IP address.
• Bonus abuse: Using false information or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to process illegal funds through 878bd.
• Fraudulent Betting: Placing bets using match-fixing information or engaging in collusion betting.
• Software Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to 878bd's systems or using bots.
• Underage Access: Assisting anyone under 18 years of age to create an account.

878bd believes gaming is for entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly. To support this, we offer the following tools:
